Crawfish Beignets
These crawfish beignets are to die for. The breading is crunchy and flavorful, and the inside is packed with the perfect mix of spices. Top it off, dip your beignet in the remoulade sauce to give it that final punch of flavor.
You honestly can’t go wrong with these as an appetizer.
Muffulatta
Sandwich + cajun fries
While haven’t tried the muffulatta, it’s definitely a favorite item on the menu for many. Stacked to the brim with layers of salami, capicola, mortadella, olive salad and cheese, you’re in for an explosion of Creole flavor in this sandwich.
Did I mention the cajun fries are 100% addicting in the best way possible?

The hurricane is one of my favorite cocktails on the menu! Its vibrant colors derive from the fruity palette of passionfruit juice, lemon and pineapple juice. This infusion of tropical flavors is the perfect thing to sip on, especially on a hot day.
